FLASH: Clear Coverage Training Sessions

In addition to the eviCore trainings that you may have attended, we’re adding Clear Coverage training for your specific specialty. We know many of you are actively preparing for our upcoming preauthorization requirements, and we want to make sure you’re getting the training you need for these changes.

For dates of service on or after March 13, you must submit preauthorizations for durable medical equipment (DME), home health, and home oxygen through Clear Coverage instead of through our preauthorization forms on Your Health Alliance for providers.

Anyone who is responsible for submitting preauthorizations for our members should attend one of these online training sessions:

• Wednesday, March 1 at 2 p.m. CST
• Thursday, March 2 at 9 a.m. CST
• Tuesday, March 7 at 2 p.m. CST
• Wednesday, March 8 at 10 a.m. CST

We will be sending you an invite for these sessions, so make sure you accept one of those invites for this training. If you have any questions, contact your provider relations specialist.
