Change to Secure Email Delivery System – Action Required!

Health Alliance will be transitioning to a new email encryption service through Microsoft Purview on March 23, 2024. This change complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations and will continue to ensure private information our company sends to you remains confidential.

When a secure message is received via the portal, you can sign in directly with a one-time passcode sent to your email.  Once you sign in, the message will open in the Microsoft Purview Message Encryption Portal where you can view the message and reply.
