FLASH: EviCore Website Update
October 26, 2021It has come to our attention that some providers might be receiving an error message when trying to access the eviCore website from Provider.HealthAlliance.org.
If you click on the link “file at eviCore” (shown below) and receive the error message “can’t reach this page, make sure this address https://federation.evicore.com9031 is correct,” please make sure to update your firewall rules to allow port 9031 outbound to federation.evicore.com.
Please be advised that CarriersWeb requires network connectivity on TCP port 9031 in order to support SSO functionality. Please use the link below to test this functionality from your corporate network.

If successful, you will receive either an “OK” response or other diagnostic information, and there is nothing more for you to do.
If unsuccessful, you will receive an error message such as “Connection Timed Out” or “Connection Refused”. In this case, please contact your Networking or IT Security departments and ask to:
“Allow TCP Port 9031 outbound to federation.evicore.com.”
