The annual Health Alliance™ provider survey is now available for portal users to take. Once you are logged into our provider portal, you will see a link to the survey on the landing page.

If you are not registered for our provider portal, sign up for Your Health Alliance and please see the Provider Resources section of our website found here. We encourage our providers to take the survey and share with us how you feel about your interactions with Health Alliance.

We encourage you to take this survey so we can focus our efforts on what matters to you, our valued provider partners. Only with your assistance can we make your job easier and together help your patients get the best care, coverage and service.

The survey is designed to take about 10 minutes and we will especially value the responses we receive from the open-ended questions. The survey will be available to portal users until October 7.
