Flash: Incorrect 2024 1099s

Health Alliance™ recently released the 2024 1099 tax documents to our providers who received payments during the year. We have determined that those documents contain inflated payment amounts. We are working to get those corrected and will be reissuing new versions as soon as possible. We ask that you wait for the corrected 1099 before completing any tax filings for 2024.

Please note that the incorrect 1099 amounts were not filed with the Internal Revenue Service.
