FLASH: Moving Preauthorizations on CPAPs and Supplies to eviCore
February 2, 2018We were having you send preauthorizations on CPAPs and supplies for certain self-funded group plans through the Your Health Alliance preauthorization forms. Starting February 1, please send these preauthorizations through eviCore instead.
Use the Request Preauthorization tab on Your Health Alliance for providers to start a preauthorization with eviCore.
These self-funded groups include:
- City of Vandalia (COV)
- Illinois Feed Supply (IFS)
- Kingery Printing (KPC)
- Memorial (MHS)
- Parkland (PRK)
- PlastiPak (PLK)
- Richland (RMH)
