FLASH: Oxygen Prior Authorization Update

Health Alliance™ is pleased to announce that effective immediately, we will provide coverage for oxygen equipment and supplies beyond 36 months, if medically necessary, for all lines of business.

Coverage will need to be prior authorized based on medical criteria and will be authorized for up to 12 months at a time.
