FLASH: Training Reminder: Provider Portal Overview
November 12, 2024This is a reminder to register for the Health Alliance™ Fall Education Series that will focus on our provider portal. In our latest provider surveys, you told us that there’s a need for better understanding of our portal and the various functions that can be accomplished in it.
We’ll cover several topics including:
- Prior authorization.
- Claims lookup.
- How to see a patient’s benefits.
- The enhancements we’ve made since the portal went live in January 2023.
We are offering options at various times of the day to accommodate your busy schedules. Registration is limited, so please make sure you sign up early.There’ll be a total of four sessions. Each will last an hour, with about 45 minutes of presentation followed by time for questions and answers. You can register for any of the sessions by clicking the link for each below.
