FLASH: IMPACT Provider Revalidation Due Dates Extended

The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services has issued a statement that extends the due dates for IMPACT provider revalidation. The new due dates are as follows for individual providers and provider groups.

• Facility/Agency/Organizations – March 15, 2016

• Individual/Sole Providers – June 30, 2016
