Register for virtual training for our new provider portal.

We’re excited to announce that Health Alliance™ is moving to a new provider portal on January 1, 2023. The new portal will be provided by Epic and will be called Epic Tapestry Link. We’ll be offering virtual training sessions beginning December 7 through December 16 to assist users with navigating the new portal and performing important tasks – such as requesting and tracking prior authorizations, checking the eligibility and benefits of your patients, reviewing claims status, and searching for specialists and other providers for referrals.

Please see the links below to register for a virtual training session that fits into your schedule. We encourage everyone to attend to learn how to navigate and use the new portal. We’ll also be posting a recorded educational session on our website for future reference. We look forward to showing you Epic Tapestry Link and all of its exciting features and functions. Each session is limited to 1,000 registered participants.
