Urgent FLASH: Announcing EFT Payments/835 Remittance Files

We’re pleased to announce that electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments to providers will be available this week. Each Tax ID Number must be registered with Zelis to receive EFT payments and 835 remittance files – otherwise you’ll continue to receive paper checks and remits. Please use the link below to get registered with Zelis:

There is no cost to our providers to receive EFT payments from Zelis.

In addition, 835 files will be available for any payments from Zelis that occur on April 8 or after, even if you received a paper check and remittance previously.

You can download the 835 file via your Zelis provider portal. If you need assistance, you can reach out to the Zelis Provider Support team via the Help & Resources button on the portal, or simply call (877) 828-8770.

Please note, Zelis will be a long-term payment solution and will continue to be used even after Change Healthcare is able to pay providers.
