URGENT FLASH: Evicore Search Criteria Changes

In order to more effectively serve our members, Evicore is making changes to how provider searches can be completed within their system.  With this change you will no longer be able to use the provider name as a way to look up providers.  Effective February 1^st, the NPI for both the referring provider and the rendering provider will be required to search for providers. There are several NPI lookup tools available on the internet that can be used to locate a provider’s NPI.  If the provider exists in our system, you may also locate their NPI via our provider portal, Epic Tapestry Link, by utilizing our provider search function.
