Health Alliance is committed to continuous improvement. As a result, a team of Medical Directors and coding experts review all medical policies on an annual basis in order to align with industry and clinical best practices. This list of codes will be incorporated into those existing policies and will require prior authorization starting 7/1/21.
A Message of Continued Gratitude It’s now been over a year since COVID-19 first emerged in our country and began its spread through our communities. Acknowledging this grim and solemn milestone, we wanted to express our immense gratitude for all you’ve done for our members this past year.
