FLASH: eviCore Closings Due To Hurricane Dorian

Our preauthorization vendor, eviCore, notified us that in anticipation of Hurricane Dorian the following eviCore offices will be closed while staff members are relocated:
• Melbourne, SC – closed today and tomorrow
• Bluffton, SC – closed today

The operational impact should be minimal, but call wait times could be longer as calls will be routed to other open eviCore call centers.
