Health Alliance FLASH: Update to 3/20 COVID-19 Email Regarding Changes in Utilization Management during COVID-19 Emergency

This notice is an update to the email sent on March 20, in which Health Alliance and Health Alliance Northwest medical management announced the discontinuation of clinical concurrent reviews for all inpatients through April 20, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This discontinuation has been extended through April 30.

We will continue to look at practical options to support the clinical needs during this time of emergency. We invite our provider network to visit our COVID-19 webpage for up-to-date information about the illness, our response and questions about coverage.
