We’re excited to announce that Health Alliance™ is moving to a new provider portal on January 1, 2023. The new portal will be provided by Epic and will be called Epic Tapestry Link. We’ll be offering virtual training sessions beginning December 7 through December 16 to assist users with navigating the new portal and performing important tasks – such as requesting and tracking prior authorizations, checking the eligibility and benefits of your patients, reviewing claims status, and searching for specialists and other providers for referrals.
