Health Alliance™ is committed to continuous improvement. As a result, a team of Medical Directors and coding experts have adjusted our processes to accurately activate cost-share waiver and proper provider reimbursement for our Colorectal Screening Tests that meet the requirements of a preventative service as outlined below.
Effective January 3, 2022, Health Alliance™ will be updating their coding system that will change the way ICD-10 laterality claims are processed. This will affect all claims submitted once the edit is turned on and is not date of service driven.
In an effort to provide quality service to the physicians and staff serving our members, Health Alliance™ Medical Plans is providing a Satisfaction Survey for your completion. It is important that we understand how Health Alliance Medical Plans impacts your office and practice on a daily basis. Surveys were mailed to 2,000 randomly selected provider’s offices recently.
It has come to our attention that some providers might be receiving an error message when trying to access the eviCore website from Provider.HealthAlliance.org.
