Coding Update Notice As of January 1, 2021, the CPT code G0297 has been deleted and replaced with the new code 71271 for Low Dose CT for Lung Cancer Screening. Our claims system has already been updated to reflect this.
Due to the 1135 Waiver, we had previously waived the current national and local coverage determinations that otherwise restrict coverage of the home use of oxygen for members diagnosed with COVID-19. That change allowed practitioners the option of treating their patients with home use of oxygen during the COVID-19 public health emergency.
eviCore Provider Portal Update eviCore has introduced a new internet landing page. The new page gives providers an at-a-glance view of all their requested cases through a unified worklist, making information more readily available.
