We experienced issues sending and receiving external faxes between 10:30 a.m. CT yesterday and 11 a.m. today. The issue has been resolved, but if you sent us a fax when our system was down, please resend it. As a reminder, we prefer to receive preauthorization requests through Your Health Alliance. Contact your provider relations specialist if you have any questions.
Health Alliance has notified the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) of its desire to terminate its contracts for Medicaid Managed Care services effective December 31, 2016. This contract termination does not affect our Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement plans or any commercial lines of business.
