The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services has issued a statement that further extends the due dates for IMPACT provider revalidation. The new due dates for individual providers and provider groups are:
Please remember to submit all Health Alliance preauthorization requests through Your Health Alliance. Please do not fax your requests. Any faxed requests will be returned so that the appropriate preauthorization avenue can be used: Clear Coverage for medical tests or procedures or the Health Alliance online preauthorization tool for any medical tests or procedures not noted on Clear Coverage.
