With the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) ending May 11, 2023, there are some coverage changes that are happening in relation to our plans. For our members and the trust they place in us to be at their side. And for you – our hardworking, compassionate and exceptional provider partners, who take such great care of our members and so many others. Thank you for all that you do, every single day. We wish you a beautiful and blossoming springtime, as we commit to always being the partner you can count on.
When we migrated to our new provider portal (Epic Tapestry Link) on January 3, 2023, the process of migrating seamlessly to the eviCore and GuidingCare sites to complete prior authorizations ceased to work. We’ve been working to correct those seamless transitions and we’re happy to announce that as of today, those are now back in place within Epic Tapestry Link.
As the Calendar Marches Onward It’s hard to believe we’re already nearing the end of February. It seems like just yesterday we were wishing you a happy Thanksgiving, holiday season and New Year’s. Just like the calendar, your hard work never pauses – and we simply can’t express our gratitude enough. Thank you for taking such constant, dedicated, world-class care of our members’ health.
